From this Canadian Specialized Site they have a short video clip of a
cyclist who was absolutely zipping along at a good pace.
But I don't suggest anyone ride their bicycles on a busy freeway anywhere.

This is CGI. Its way too fast to start with and the whole scene looks
simplistic and rendered.

It's a humourous clip with no reflection in reality (assuming it's the
same clip I've seen before, which it sounds like it is).

I can accept that. The Interstate looks flat and he is flying....I couldn't
really tell if he was pedalling on my screen....

Yeah, i agree. But the entire thing seems to speed up...make me wonder if he
had a lot more time than the video makes it seem he did, thus making it less
dangerous. Slightly. :)

Looked at it again... the truck doing the cut off seems to move at a
normal speed for that situation and going from a dead stop.
