I am looking for new bib shorts. I am 250 and 6' 1". I have been
wearing Nashbar bibs that fit great. They are a few years old and
starting to wear out. Nashbar seems to have discontinued that line of
bibs.

So, my question is what will fit? I have had a few bib purchases
in the past that were tight in the legs and would not last long.

Thanks for your input.

You may want to check into Boure'. You can find them on the web. They
often have closeouts on odd sizes at very good prices. They will also
custom make bibs (and anything else they make). While they are not at
the low end of price I find them at the very top in value. Personally I
find their dhorts more confortable than Assos or top of theline PI and
at a fraction of the price.

Voler does make good bibs for us XL guys. I'm 225# and 6'4" and like
mine. I didn't know Nashbar quit making bibs. Hate to hear that, I had
some of theirs that fit well, also.

Voler bibs (from www.velowear.com) work well for me, although I'm
(still) a bit bigger than you. I'm still trying to wear my first ones
out, although I've got some newer ones to keep them company.
