Subject: Cheapest folding bike?

Anything that will last under $200? I don't care too much about weight or features, will mostly use for cruising and need to take it on Amtrak trains.

"http://www.outlettrail.com/store/product.php?productid=3017" They also used to sell this at Costco, but it's off their web site, see "http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/200611/?pg=102" I can't believe the bike itself weighs 39 pounds, maybe that's the shipping weight or something.
