I surfed over to roadbikerider.com this morning after not receiving the
weekly email for the last couple of weeks just to find out that they are
taking a break to due a coast to coast ride. Here is the link to the

Bummer. I guess this puts "paid" to Ed's plan for PBP this year, too.
I can't remember, is Ed or Fred the older one?

Oops, looks like I should have read down further. Looks like a crash put
an end to the tour. Broken bones stink!

Ouch. Broken hip followed by hip replacement surgery? That must have
been some broken hip.
