Subject: Looking for online information on adjusting a derailler

I have an older 10 speed that hasn't been used for a while.
I need to adjust the derailler as it doesn't shift into all the gears
at the rear wheel.
Anyone know where I might find some information ONLINE on how this
can be done?

Loosen cable at the derailleur
it goes to smallest cog. adjust set screw so it lines up. (pulley wheel
to cog as looked at from behind)
this is where a stand or helper comes in handy.
pedal bike slowly, and manually move derailleur to largest cog. stop.
adjust set screw so it doesn't go past largest cog. (pulley wheel as
looked at from behind) important to keep manual pressure against the
spring to set, as it wants to shift to smaller cogs when loose.
pedal slowly, allowing chain to jump cogs all the way to smallest.
tighten cable to anchor bolt, taking in all the slack.
done.
indexed....... a little harder. shift to second smallest cog, line up
second cog to pulley wheel as looking at from behind. adjusting barrel
moves pulley wheels left or right.
