Will be in Townsend this coming weekend for a few days. Any good road
cycling that you know of?

Thanks!

Kyle

I like the ride up to Cades Cove, around the loop (with a stop for ice
cream at the end), then over the ridge and back down. Don't try this
all day Saturday or Wednesday morning, because of the crowds; however,
it's fine just about any other morning if you start before 9:00 or so.

Pat,
Thanks for the reply! Looking forward to getting in some miles. Have not
been to Townsend for a few years, but I remember the roads north of the park
being fairly flat for that part of the world. Hope I can get in some 30-40
mile rides. We'll see if my Ohio "flat land" legs can hold up!

Any good bike shops in the area?

Thanks again!!

Kyle
