It kept defaulting my max to 162 (from my age), even though my max is 180+. At the 85% rate they show I am barely breathing and I can ride 162 all day. That one flaw would make me question anything else they have posted since fitness is not just between these two ironclad limits postulated by a formula. Bill Baka
