It happened in my parent's house once. Squirrels can do an amazing amount of damage in a short time, especially if they're trapped and covered in soot. Bicycling?

Pensioners, they're all out a-wheeling and a-dealing. It supplements their pensions. Incidentally, it was an American squirrel, as it was grey. Do you have red squirrels over there? They're British squirrels. They don't get on very well over here, the grey ones kill all the red ones, who have been relegated mostly to the Isle of Wight (as in pop festival) and the Lake District (as in Wordsworth). Mebbe it's a reflection on wider society. Peter
