IME, people do that--among other reasons--when they're taking an
excessive number of hits, necessitating a greater-than-expected amount
of ($$) bandwidth.
Dunno if that's the case in this case.

I tried the site, Yahoo wouldn't open it but I went to Firfox and it opened
