So let's see

Mazzolini - oil for drugs
Kessler - testosterone
Petacchi - salbutamol (in spite of prescription)

Am I missing any recent "innocent" ?

So were back to the case of the infamous inserted caffeine missiles
pretty much. While vibrating like a bass string "Honest ossifur I
didn't stick nothing up my ass. I'm naturally high in caffeine!"

The issue is that salbutamol in inhaled form does not appear to be
ergogenic, but salbutamol in ingested form can be. You can't tell from
a urine test whether it was inhaled or ingested -- but it's hard
(though apparently not impossible) to get a urine concentration as
high as that observed in Petachhi or Gonzalez de Galdeano from
inhalation. That's why the burden of proof switches from the WADA to
the rider above 1000 ng/ml, even if the rider has a prescription.

But how does a rider do that though !

If, upon showing up with a medical certificate, thr Commissaires said
"Off you go home then, Laddie. Come back when you're cured." I'll bet
the whole lot of them would be back within the Hour with a letter
attesting to their perfect good health.
