Basso got what he deserved

too bad he might be the only one.
I take it he gets banned from a ProTour for two more years, i.e. until
2010 ? Odd that the article doesn't mention that, seems pretty
important to me.

_ The Pro Tour is dead. It won't matter in 2 years. He'll have a
lifetime ban from the new "ASO" league and the UCI will be trying
to use it's "olympic" charter for skateboarding to ban people
from the X-games.

Why are you torturing the language? It hurts my eyes. Stop it.
You can do better. You have done better. Do so once again.

Even after you explain what happened to them they're still too stupid to
understand it.

Everyone loved Indurain. So if you accuse Indurain of doping they're
incensed. Yet the same rooster-lipping children of unmarried mothers jump at
accusing Armstrong of the same thing and are too stupid to even notice it.

But that isn't what you did, Tom. In no way can those words be made to conform to

Yes, what about such people? About a couple of months ago, I posted
about my recollection of arguing with with you in rst wrt to Indurain
doping to win the TdF (and you being the one making the accusation that
he was on the juice). Back then I did not have the time to search for
the exchange, but I have finally found it. Here it is:

You misunderstood me at that time and now as well. The point was that you
were willing to accept some riders whom you don't admire as dopers on rumors
and against others whom you do admire with equally invalid rumors.

LeMond cried his whole racing career about how everyone was picking on him
and he hasn't stopped yet. I like LeMond but I wouldn't give any credibility
to anything he had to say. I much prefer Indurain's method of saying what's
done is done and what is past is past.

Ah, poor old Tom, always misunderstood. How hard is it to understand this:

Early Indurain was easily superior because of a certain amount of, shall we
say, discreet help from medical practitioners. Later when the playing field
was leveled with availability of that drug to anyone with a wallet his wins
stilled showed his superiority but at the same sort of levels that Lance has

I shouldn't ask, but what would you expect Armstrong
to say?

- "I knew Basso must be doping, otherwise he never could
have rivaled my puissance"
- "Sorry to hear about this, I guess that makes me first
and virtual second in 2005"
- "Ha ha, now the ASO doesn't dare retroactively take away
one of my TdF titles"
- "I'm shocked, shocked that our Discovery Channel team
had a doper on it"
- "Oh by the way, I doped too, but I was too smart to
get caught"

As a lawyer, why would you expect Armstrong to say something
in a matter that he is not a party to?

People who choose not to share in your man-crush on Lance are not
retards.

Grown men that write ROTFLMAO are retards.

It seems you never took my well-intentioned advice for you to come up

The only retards are the rbr denizens who ranted for years that the drug

Dumbass,
Its not that "rbr denizens" didn't know about drug use, its just that we
don't really care all that much.

Pretty much it. Doped or clean it's a great sport. The worst thing about doping
is the way it makes some anti-dopers act. That thing about rewriting the record
book; stupid on a galactic scale. Calling everybody who doesn't completely share
your huff and puff rage a retard; somewhat less stupid.

More lies from the moron who believes because no one wanted to play his
silly games that we all were blind, deaf and dumb.

And for the record - you would accuse Jesus Christ of being a doper without
a qualm on the value of the fact that he liked wine.
