For all those assholes who constantly kept slamming JP as a no chance
loser who would never even podium.
Instead of 30 posts a day, they proibably won't post forat least 30
days.
Congrats to JP, and Katie!
Awesome!

Morning Ryan
You weren't even on my radar screen for the comment. Your being
reasonable and rational kinda lowers the profile a bit. I didn't have
him picked for a podium spot either this year. I was figuring top 15,
and hoping for 5th to 10th. Thought Trebon would be in the 10-15 range
too.
Reasonable people can reasonably differ, then there's the handful of
either "Look at ME!!!", or asshole types, or the few that are both I
was thinking of in this case.

Yeah, well I'm sure I predicted it somewhere, and I also was saying
Page is a litle overtrained most years, so the injury would help him.
Yeah, google it, I predicted all this sometime, look it up, I was on
the money again.

More seriously, major props to Jonathan Page. Major.

As someone who said previously that Page was not an elite 'crosser, I
must take my medicine.

Bartender, a glass of Old Crow, please.

dumbass,

it is indeed impressive. cross always seemed to me to be the
discipline "outsiders" could not penetrate - until tim johnson's
medal. how the US is able to develop a sport and it's athletes - and
in general get something done - is something the canadians should
learn from.
