A french team with at high antidoping profiler is of cource responsible
for their riders regardles of nationality.

Oops, I meant to say to paraphrase Arlene Spector regarding Alberto Gonsales
- there is a better explanation than a conspiracy - COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.
Not all labs are creating (or managed) equal - some are just bloody screwed
up and probably should be able to retain there credetials - but WADA would
have to admit to poor management, something Dick Pounds ego would never let
him do.
