More importantly, AFLD (French anti-doping agency) announced today
that Landis will not be riding the Tour this year. He had to promise
that in exchange for them holding back any decisions (indefinate
suspension from riding in France, for example) until _after_ any
ruling from USADA in May. That was a request from Landis' lawyers.
