Is this next? Will Geoghegan face charges of tampering with a witness? I can see the phone records being examined to trace the location of the call and also the location of flandis' cell phone at the same time. Once fired, people will say anything against their ex employers for a buck. Ah, the world keeps turning.

Far different. Different? Are you saying all the press got the "your fired" quote wrong from the Flandis lawyer? What the reports are saying, the manager would have learned of Lemonds past by getting the info from Flandis. Who else knew? Anyone in RBR? I'd say they discussed it prior to the call and Flandis was fully aware. Obviously the lawyer didn't know.
