"Sinkewitz was the last rider who was able to maintain contact with
Floyd Landis during stage 17 of last year's Tour de France. It was
after this stage that Landis provided a sample which subsequently
tested positive for abnormally high levels of testosterone."

It was the German National Anti-Doping Agency that caught him, not T-
Mobile.

I thought Landis had an abnormally low level of one of the two types of
testosterone, and the problem was the unusually large difference between
the two types of testosterone, not that one type was actually unusually
high.

Very true, but we're all either numb or callous on the subject now and have
given up on arguing.

Sorta like politics

We haven't given up on debating politics, we're giving it the annual July
vacation. It's the Tour!

Let's see racial attacks, riots, murders, gangs, games being played in
empty stadiums on orders of FIFA because of the violence and racism.
match fixing everywhere and still on television.

Wow, so Flandis has so much T that just riding with him makes you positive.

It does seem to bring new meaning to the "contact high" phrase, doesn't it?

"It's a warning to cycling and to every other sport," he added in an
interview on ZDF's midday news.

I can't help but wonder if they ever have unannounced tests for football
players would they stop broadcasting football.

Of course they wouldn't. The german TV broadcasters are hypocrites and
thugs. Since I've been watching Tour coverage on Eurosport, I don't
really care what they do, but I'm sure this little piece of moral
posturing isn't going down well with fans.

WE KNOW THEY DOPE. WE DON'T CARE.

It looks like it's Business as Usual for Telekom-Mobile

The "Strong Stance on Doping" is exactly the same as CSC's is

In the Words of the Prophet, "A Crock of Shit"

But Prudhomme is Rattling his Rosary and and Offering up Masses (In
the newly Re-Approved Latin no less) for the Spectator that saved the
Tour from the Disgrace of having a rider under a Cloud

But don't Count your Chickens yet, Prudhomme - the Fat Lady ain't due
on stage until the 29th

I'm fed up with Life 1.0. I never liked it much and now it's getting
me down. I think I'll upgrade to MSLife 97 -- you know, the one that
comes in a flash new box and within weeks you're crawling with bugs.

I though Petard was an explosive French rider.
