According to some reports Papp is listed as retired????

http://www.signonsandiego.com/sports/20070515-9999-1s15landis.html

Young also cited ³multiple layers of collaborating evidence² that includes a
four-year history of Landis' testosterone levels, four positive results in
retesting of his seven other urine samples from the 2006 Tour, and testimony
from former pro cyclist Joe Papp about ³how and why (Papp) used
testosterone² during his career.
