Lance is riding a tough Ragbrai stage today to Independence, Iowa.

go to this web page and check out his photos
http://www.desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=ragbrai07_sp
lash

go to More galleries Ragbrai Lance Armstrong.

He's riding a flat bar road bike with disk brakes. I think it's a double,
but it could a triple. He's gained considerable weight, but looks happier.
He's wearing mtb shorts, not the tight lycra stuff, maybe because he can't
fit into his regular shorts anymore. Ragbrai, honest riding, Lance always
has knack for being ahead of the storm, a perfect place for him to be right
now.

Cool, another Bob Schwartz food-photography post.
It's important to sample the local specialties,
whether it be French andouillette, Belgian snails,
frites, and beer ... in the Midwest, you gotta eat
the pie. It's probably the healthiest thing on
the menu, too.

"It's not the pie that's bad for the rider, it's the climbs".

The photos are last year. This year, he's going to show up primed and ready. Trust me.
