Since he broke his hip last autum he has only ridden Tour de Romandie (last week). He won't be in form for anything until TDF, which he will probebly use as prepreation for qualefyimng for the 2008 MTB Olympics wich his goal. -- Morten Reippuert Knudsen :-) <http://blog.reippuert.dk > Merlin Works CR-3/2.5 & Campagnolo Chorus 2007.

You can't have a nickname refer to another rider - that would imply a second-rate status or some sort of subservience. I'm assuming "Moreau's Bitch" wouldn't sit too well with Dekker. Hond? Tong? Tong Hond seems like a spoonerism for well hung, so he'd probably be okay with that one. R

We can do whatever we want to. If we want to give Janne Ulrick the nickname of "the fat Panntanii" we can. If we want to strip Merckxx of his nickname "the Cannibal" and give it to OP because really, OP is going to eat a lot more riders than Merxckx and prevent more TdF wins than Merckkxk did, we can. In bicycle racing, we are the Law. Well, you are the Law, I'm more like one of the drunks that hangs out on the courthouse steps stealing peanuts from pigeons but you need all types in any judicial system and the point really is that Panttanie may have objected to being called Elephantino, but when it came down to it the guy looked like a Ferengi so he really couldn't complain, except maybe that isn't the point. Whatever. You want fair, you go to Sweden or Norway. You come here because you want the Law. Never forget, never forgive, never apologize, never agree, but above all, obey the six, seven, or eight, commandments. I've lost count. -- Bill Asher

That seems severe. Maybe you could just Puerto until you need glasses. -- Bill Asher Gee but it's great to race bikes Bikes are where I wanna be, man I've been on the road so long my friend And if you raced along They will come and make you pee It's the same old story Everywhere I go, I get Puerto'd Tested, And they won't let me ride in the classics And I'm one drug away from a positive Two drugs away from the podium Just trying to keep the sponsorship satisfied Satisfied Director Sportif said to me Don't tell me what you done today boy Just pee in the cup and pray You ain't in trouble boy Your hematocrit is out the door It's the same old story Everywhere I go, I get Puerto'd Busted, And they won't let me ride in the classics And I'm one drug away from a positive Two drugs away from the podium Just trying to keep the sponsorship satisfied Satisfied
