"It's no longer adequate to say it's some else's job [sic] (to clean up
the sport). We have to grab hold of this issue and solve it," Stapleton
said. "For me, this is a chance to do something we can all be proud of."

With so many changes in management and riders, the team is a major
rebuilding process.

Gone are the team's former leaders.

...and new to the team is Anna Wilson, who tested positive for the
banned substance lidocaine in 2001.

See, I can't make fun of Tinkoff because their team owner isn't trying
to sell the public on some squeaky clean image. I mean here's a photo
of the team owner:

I got no problems with this guy. He's not trying to bullshit people with
some fake image. And in fact, if anyone has his email address, I'd like
to order a case of Vodka and a mail-order bride from Moscow.

But T-Mobile is trying to sell everyone on this pure-as-driven-snow
image and righteous management team. And then they go ahead and hire -
of all people - one of the only women pro cyclists who's tested positive
for a banned substance, Anna Wilson. The only person worse to hire for
that job would have been Edita Rumsas.

T-Mobile is actually funnier than that photo of Mr. Tinkoff. Damn, I'm
having a field day with this stuff.

Note the Freudian slip in the subscript: "mounting".
