Well, listening to Asher and his pals tell us how the earth is doomed
because of Global Warming (man made of course) it gives one pause to read:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/meltingglacierrevealsancienttreestumps

Apparently Asher and friends think that these glaciers have been there
forever and that we absolutely MUST have them or the world and everyone on
it is doomed.

But - where did those trees come from again??????

It isn't the hugging part that's so icky.

Sweet!! That's fantastic news. Good things happen to good people more
often than you think, and in this case it's deserved.

Did you miss the part of the article that said "It seems"? Or perhaps
in your hurry to believe anything negative about the society you live
in you're willing to believe anything at all?

If you believe that I'm gullible exactly what does that make you since
you go to doctors and hospitals and I've worked on a number of the
instruments used to diagnose and treat diseases and other medical
conditions. If I'm as full of crap as you seem to indicate, how could
you possibly trust anything inside a hospital, clinic or diagnostic
lab? I am lucky in my life to be moderately successful and that
success came at the cost of a great deal of effort. At this moment I'm
working on detection and treatment of some types of cancer so in the
end I'm right back where I started when I left the Air Force and a
physicist's mistake led to the first non-surgical effective treatment
of cancer.

I'm happy to hear that. If memory serves you had some sort of heart
condition. Hopefully that's been treated? Was it identified or was it
merely a passing fancy?

Uhhh, if those are my only two choices it was merely a passing fancy.

A lot of heart conditions were temporary from low grade infections, dietary
problems of one sort or another or simply a convergence of a great many
things culminating in symptoms.

That being said, wear the heart rate monitor and watch for further symptoms
from now on.

Hope you stay well.

Thanks Tom. For the record, I experienced "chest pain." No "heart
condition" was ever indicated, despite multiple tests. Three different docs
along the way independently agreed there can be any number of reasons for
chest pain, none of which has to do with my heart, which belongs to only
one.

The trees are part of the liberal conspirancy.

Did you miss this part of the article Tom?

said. "From this work and many other studies looking at forcings of the

No. Where did the trees come from?

Did you see Davey's conspiracy theory video, Tom? I saw two hours of it
(that was my credibility limit), and it seems to me it would be right up
your alley. BTW, the doc has cleared me to resume my normal, crazy, cycling
lifestyle. Thanks for your (especially) concern.
