My left knee was hurt in a crash with a car, a year later my leg and foot started having pain and weakness during the rides, i waited until it quit altogether and saw a doctor who found a damaged artery behind the knee. They replaced the artery with a vein from my lower leg, now six weeks after surgury it is starting to feel like it did before I saw the doctor, painful and weak..has anyone here had a similar surgury , and if so, were your results good? I guess I am a little frightened that it was not sucessful, the doctors have a worried look but keep telling me it will most likely be ok, anyone with some advice ?? Blue

ok here's my opinion. the shoes? the heels are worn down. you are walking toes up, heels down - bad news for the pops and lower back. cut cardboard heel shapes and place in shoe. try lower back stretchs from EXRX
