Subject: Ricco and Cunego - odd blood - "special authorisation" ?
"I turned professional one year later than planned because of my
blood values but it was all checked and I now have a special
authorisation by the UCI just like Damiano Cunego," he said.

Is that another fake "asthma" prescription, had certainly never heard
of Cunego having "odd blood".

Or similar to Fuentes providing the evidence to the Columbian cycling
federation that Botero had naturally high testosterone levels.

Ignorance is the natural condition. We are born into a state of total ignorance
and can only partially rectify that condition over decades of learning. There is
nothing to be said against it since we all suffer from it. But when it is
aggravated by a an unwillingness to cure and a bad attitude based upon it, then
it's a problem. Cunego's "odd blood" as you so quaintly call it, is about as
well known as any other medical fact about any professional cyclist. *

Another well known fact is that asthma is not at all uncommon among endurance
athletes of all types. Sucking in that volume of air promotes irritation that
promotes asthma. There are forums on the internet where actual cycling and
racing are discussed and conversations on the best treatment options and
strategies are very common.

* "Damiano's Odd Blood" would be a pretty good name for a rock band.
