At this point someone could start a rumor that _anyone_ doped and most
people would believe it. It's an excellent time to smear somebody.

According to http://www.cyclingpost.com/tour/article_005202.shtml

----------------------------------
Tour de France director Christian Prudhomme has said that Juan
Mauricio Soler did not test positive after the 14th stage in the Tour
de France, and indeed, the rider is scheduled to start in the time
trial later today.

Whether there was indeed a positive doping test - not belonging to
Soler - after stage 14, is still unknown.

That's what the Belgian article suggested. No other media have
reported about it however, and so far nothing has been announced.
Also, as I mentioned in the other thread, the article does not even
list Soler among the riders that were controlled at Plateau de Beille
so these suggestions are mystifying at best.
