2. Andreas Kloden of Germany - was 2nd in the 2004 Tour de France and 3rd
in the 2006 Tour de France.

3. Alejandro Valverde of Spain - was 2nd in the 2006 Vuelta a Espana and
3rd in the 2003 Vuelta a Espana.

4. Denis Menchov of Russia - won the 2005 Vuelta a Espana and 6th in the
2006 Tour de France.

5. Carlos Sastre of Spain - was 2nd in the 2005 Vuelta a Espana and was
4th in the 2006 Tour de France.

6. Levi Leipheimer of the USA - won the 2006 Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré
and was 3rd in the 2001 Vuelta a Espana.

7. Cadel Evans of Australia - was 5th in the 2006 Tour de France.

8. Andrey Kashechkin of Kazakhstan - was 3rd in the 2006 Vuelta a Espana.

9. Oscar Pereiro of Spain - was 2nd in the 2006 Tour de France.

10. Vladimir Karpets of Russia - won the 2007 Tour of Switzerland.

I'm not saying he's clean or dirty, but I always got the feeling
Menchov is "cleaner" than average for a top pro. What does that mean?
I don't know exactly, but think he's using less stuff than his peers
or maybe even nothing against the rules.

Sure. All Rabobank riders are clean. Except Rasmussen, with his extended
"training camps" in Mexico.
