More likely mutual. S. Duval wanted to go, and didn't get invited. The
TOC is a popular race.

That said. Unibet has no keting interest in the US, AFAIK.

Actually I sort of meant that it would be expensive for a team like Unibet
to come to the Tour of California and they'd have little or no return for
their expenses. And right now they're not looking too great.
