http://www.velonews.com/pr/prn/articles/11405.0.html By selecting and retaining young, talented athletes and matching them with seasoned riders - like Mike Friedman, Brad Huff, Danny Pate and Mike Creed - the program provides leadership and mentoring qualities to further enhance the strength of the squad.

When Lance was 22 he was world champion. You either know how to ride your bike or you don't. You don't need any fucking "mentoring" from some asshole on your team. Why does he know how to ride a bike better than you do? All this online coaching bullshit needs to stop too. You think Hinault would have won 5 Tours if he trained with a power meter PC hooked to his handlebars and warmed up on a stationary bike like the riders do today...and if he got his "training program" emailed to him by some fuck with sideburns like he was from Central Casting out of a Jason Priestley docudrama? Top pros don't mentor each other - they fight with each other and say nasty things in the press about team management. That's how you stoke the competitive fire of champions. What has Pate or Creed won this year? I thought Pate was suppose to be some great rider by now after winning the U-boat commander jersey back in 1873. Thank you, Magilla

What are you trying to say? Anything more substantial than the Lance -n- Matt rumors? Funny, nontheless.
