It does not say WHICH championship, dumbass. BUT since he tested high
at the ROAD championships, those are the results that were changed.
Therefore, he is still the 2001 USPRO CRIT champion.

Ummmmm... he did get to keep it... he tested for a high T/E at the
ROAD championships, but not for anything exogenous. "O'Bee accepted
the ban, issuing a press release to point out that he did not test
positive for 'any particular substance of any nature.' Mr O'Bee
believes that the elevated T/E ratio test could have been caused by a
supervised exercise and dietary regimen or a physiological anomaly."

Man, I would pay good money for an exercise and diet regimen that did
that.

Dumbass,

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/?id=2002/jul02/jul19news

"The 25 year old Navigators rider was suspended for one year,
beginning on July 15, 2002, which is the maximum suspension in
accordance with the applicable UCI rules. O'Bee was also fined
2,000 Swiss Francs. In addition, O'Bee results at the 2001 USPRO
Championships will be disqualified."

Good work.

Someone needs to tell Mark Zalewski that this is O'Bee's
*first* crit national championship. Since he... ummmmm...
didn't get to keep the other one.
