In a letter from 22 January 2007 to the Bonn public prosecutor's office January Ullrich communicated over its lawyers clearly that he is at any time ready to deliver a saliva sample in Germany. “The current publications are wrong. January Ullrich made its willing to cooperate shank several times clear opposite the public prosecutor's office”, so its press speaker Michael long. The wheel professional will not accept the continuing injury of his personality rights and will proceed consistently against untruthful publications. “It at present unfortunately is opportun to report over January against better knowledge only negatively. That is an intolerable campaign, with which one of the most successful German sportsmen is to be dismantled. One wins the impression that right-national principles are stepped regarding January with feet. ”, so long. "

(http://www.cyclingnews.com/news.php?id=news/2007/feb07/feb01news ) So why did not Jan offer give a DNA last year and put a end to the controversy. If Ullrich is willing to give a DNA sample than he must know that he is not guilty. Guessing that Der Jan rides again. if it is found negative ? Well we'll soon know : http://www.cyclingnews.com/news.php?id=news/2007/feb07/feb02news&from=rss 'Ullrich gives DNA sample By Susan Westemeyer Jan Ullrich followed through on his promise to deliver a saliva sample for a DNA comparison to blood taken custody in the Operación Puerto investigation. His attorneys announced earlier this week that he was willing to travel to Germany to give a DNA sample, which was actually taken in Konstanz, Switzerland, on the German border. The sample will be turned over to prosecutors in Bonn, Germany, who must now await arrival of the blood bags from Spain, before the comparison test can be made.' Either he's bluffing and hopes for a non-match or he's totally stupid not to have submitted that test last July when T-Mobile asked him to take it...although with his race tactics over the years...

Well we'll soon know : Keith, seeing the way that samples have been manipulated and information put in the wrong hands, would you trust YOUR DNA in the hands of someone that might find your DNA on the handle of a murder weapon?
