Subject: Hase Kettweisel I seek of the assistance concerning this horrible bicycle.

Hello.

Please excuse me for my bad English.

Since I bought my Kettweisel bicycle, I had the framework broken three times
and a serious accident during the second breaking.

I also had three times the wheel axle which broke suddenly.

I seek a remedy for these problems because Hase, the manufacturer of
Kettweisel writes this to me: Please understand that we can not take care of
each customer

Intensively

Unfortunately the salesman of the bike who is also a dealer of Hase says me
that he does not want to deal with this bicycle.

Did somebody of the list have the same problems as me? So yes which
solutions did you find?

Thanks . A big thanks

Do you have any pictures of the specific "wheel axle breaks" ?

Do you mean that the rear axle on your Hase Kettwiesel have failed
during a ride?

What speed were you traveling when the axle failed?

Were you carrying any load with your Hase Kettwiesel trike?

As far as I know Hase make pretty good products and the company is
growing fast, I'm surprized they are not taking care of existing
customers.

Are there CE regulations dealing with defective products? Unless the
trike is being severely abused, the frame and axles should not fail
for many tens of thousand of kilometers.

How the hell is it possible to break a frame and/or the wheel axles. I think
there must have been an 800 pound gorilla riding the trike.
