Anyone on this group stupid enough to think that race doesn't matter? Well, if you are a liberal then that is what you think for sure. After all, you have not been brain washed for nothing. The fact is that race matters enormously. It is absolutely the very first thing you notice about another person. And it never goes away, at least not entirely. This is best played out in a prison situation. MSNBC is always showing us how it is behind bars. They recently had a program about a prison where the prisoners all had to share a single large room, a converted gymnasium. Here is a new prisoner entering the room for the first time, a young black criminal, and the very first thing he looks for is his own race to go to. Yup, there was total segregation in that prison room. Whites with whites, blacks with blacks, Mexicans with Mexicans, etc. Your life literally depended on being with your own race. Religion and ethnicity also matter enormously, but nothing is more critical than race. Any liberal care to explain this to me? Therefore, racing does matter in a good way. A typical asinine message by Tom Sherman who thinks it is cool to seize on a word and go bonkers on it. What a fucking idiot - or have I already said that once or twice before. > [1] <http://www.velokraft.com/-nc.htm> [3] > [2] <http://www.challengebikes.com/html/index.php? > taal=en&selectie=nme> > [3] The fastest unfaired bicycle in the known Universe. All that mattered was race. I really like these MSNBC programs on life behind bars because it reduces the human predicament to its essentials uncluttered by culture or civilization. You really need to get up to speed on what it is to be a human being. Basically, we are naked apes and when push comes to shove character does not matter in the slightest. All that matters is our most base identifications - and this mostly reduces to race. You need to know this in case your life will depend on it. The one thing I never do is bother to misrepresent anything anyone says unless I am in a satirical mode. That is why I always include the entire post to which I am responding so that the reader can judge for himself whether I am being fair or not. Would that Curtis Russell would do the same. > ED, the EDP, is Usenet's realization of entropy. > > BTW, I am a liberal and wouldn't argue your point.
