Anyone on this group who thinks they are going to live forever - some kind
of eternal life after death?

I am here to tell you once and for all that when you are dead, you are quite
dead. There is no life after death nor is there any God either. How did you
get to be so stupid as to think otherwise?

When you die it is EXACTLY like it was before you were conceived. This is
just so elementary that it boggles the mind how anyone could ever think
anything else.

So, live your life as best you can and be grateful that when you die you are
truly dead. My God, who in their right mind would ever want to live forever?
Leave that kind of shit to the ignorant Muslims where all they want to do is
to fuck young virgin girls and young boys for all eternity.

What's this got to do with bents? Is it the prospect of being run over by an
inattentive driver and not being able to leap off in time to save your
bacon?

I've got another viewpoint for you. Life does to on after death. We forget
that the universe plus all time is one object and possibly even a living
object or life form. We harvest our consciousness from it and give it back
when we sleep or die. If nothing else, we live on as the universe itself,
which lasts a depressingly long time and is probably a very boring
existence, without bents.

Well, it has nothing to do with bents but everything to do with ME!

Our brains are programmed by our evolution to believe in God or the
Supernatural. Some religions take this a step further by positing a belief
in an eternal life. But we KNOW that is all rot, don't we. Yup, when we die
we are quite dead, just like any and all creatures that have ever lived on
this earth.

By the way, living on "as the universe itself" is no consolation to anyone.
We want eternal life for ourselves as individuals, not some kind of abstract
shit about being part of the universe. Jeez, try to get up to speed why
don't you!

Here is the ultimate wisdom of life:

"Once I wasn't, Then I was, Now I ain't again."

- Epitaph found on tombstone in Ohio graveyard

Now you know all you will ever have to know and you can go to your grave a
very wise man.
