Read it and weep you fat fockers on slow bikes. Those lame high slowgoracers, midracers and asshatchet frames will never go this fast. NoCom RULES and is the FASTEST stock bike in the Known Universe.

Me and the NoCom in a 400Km race

Some of my best lap times for the 400 were after the 350 k.
From 380Ks until the end I was lapping one guy every lap and the faster riders every third or fourth lap.
When the crowd at the start/finish line started to YELL and CLAP for me every time I came around,
this just helped me dig deeper and push harder, I was now smiling and happy to be so near the end of the epic race.
With 10Ks to go I ran out of water I didn’t think this was such a big deal but maybe the painful post-race cramping could have been avoided if I did drink more.
On last 5 laps (about11km) I started singing, I was SO happy t

I was the other recumbent rider in the "race".
There were only four other guys riding on road bikes and they were fa
from elite athletes.
The guy who came third on an upright was using running shoes and to
clips and had swum 15km that morning and went on to run 100km in th
third leg within another 8 hours. Even so he was doing some very fas
laps.
Glenn's ride was a good personal effort but nothing to boast about o
draw these sort of conclusions.

Hey! Stop confusing us with reality!

A NoCom will always be faster than a body socked Rocket with a fat slow poke who looks like freak wearing a condom.

No freak sock condom required to go fast on a NoCom.

Cheers,

That's *great* performance. Congratulations on your victory. You must be
proud of yourself.

Sorry to tell you this; but I know at least one racer who has eclipsed your
performance on a regular "asshatchet" road bike. A good friend of mine (an
Olympic hopeful) won a 500 mile road race in Texas in the late 80's, with a
winning time of 23:38 (IIRC) on a regular UCI-legal upright road bike (no
discs, no aero bars, no mods). Average speed was ~21.1 mph. The nearest
competitor was more than an hour behind him. If he had ridden for another
22 minutes, he would have shattered the 24-hour world record.

I'm sure you can beat his time for a 500 mile road course on a NoCom, if it
is truly the fastest bike in the world.

What 400k race was this, and where can the results be seen?

You talkin' to me? I didn't say anything about a little 400k race. I was
talking about a brutal, hilly 500 mile race. The winning amateur cyclist,
on an upright road bike, clocked an average speed faster than the NoCom, but
over twice the distance.

Did that answer your question?
