Ken the Troll,

You have taken the registered tradek Johnny NoCom® and posted false
misleading information on the internet regarding identity of this
registered tradek. The ill informed reks you have made on BROL
regarding Johnny NoCom® will no longer be tolerated.

My legal team suggests that your home, business and retirement assets
will be taken away for compensation of damages you have caused with your
posts made on BROL. In addition to suing for registered tradek
damages Johnny NoCom® will also contact your ISP and shut it down.

This is the best way to warn other would be Ken the Troll that posting
lies to the public about a registered tradek is a game they do not
want to play.

Gee Ken,
Over at Bent Rejects On Line you claim you know nothing about lowracers. Obviously you do not know anything about the comfort of riding a lowracer as well. You know as much about lowracers as you do about the law. You must be spending too much time sitting high up on that V-Rex extra large sized ass pad seat. You are smothering your brain on that soft pad Ken.

BTW Ken if you want to talk about boats join a boat group. A recumbent is not a boat except maybe for the ones that have a condom socks and bubble.

Ken the Troll,
The last thing Johnny NoCom is afraid of is a pee brain from Michigan who rides a slow recumbent and threatens to sue any monkey with fancy lawyers. Oooo you got all monkeys everywhere frightened. NOT

Go back to BROL and kiss some more butt in your Barnaby Jones wannabe thread you stupid old sack.

BTW, I have just raised the price of the Johnny NoCom® T-shirts to $50 to anyone located under the bridge in Michigan. Folks over there have money to burn with all those fancy lawyers.

Just a short note guys: The post that has JohnnyNoCom so upset must be
the one that I made yesterday to BROL's board "E-Mail is Down" string
in which I said;

"Check out the post made by Joao de Souza titled "Johnny's Identity" on
alt.rec.bicycles.recumbent where he makes a good case for Johnny NoCom
to be a Nocom dealer in Chicago named Ed Gin. Bryan, why don't you have
your net secuity people check it out. I know my son was able to find
annamous posters while he worked as the Network Security Engineer for a
company named Cybernet Group until the owners were found to have been
engaging in massive wire and mail faud and the company was shut down by
the FBI, Secret Service, and US Postal Service on November 17. Kevin
was honest and the Comptuer Engineering Division he work in was totally
on the up and up, but the people on the top were crooked. Anyway he
said it is easy to do, just do as Joao describes and you can trace it
back to the sender. Then I would suggest, that since he must have some
assets from his business, you sue him for damages and then contact his
ISP and have him shut down. That is the best way to warn other would be
Johnnys that it is a game they don't want to play."

. . .

"BTW I used "Ken the Troll" as a nickname because the UPers here in

BTW this other posting on the same site might also be setting him off:

"I Googled NoCom Bikes and the first site on the list took me to Gin's
site where he is talking of the NoCom as a prototype. If that is the
case and it was custom made for him, maybe he hopes to sell them.
Personally, they look awfully uncomfortable to me, but so do most low
racers, and I would never go to them. We ride for pleasure and not for
speed. But what ever floats your boat is OK by me."

Maybe this response clearly identifies who JohnnyNoCom is for sure.

Sorry Johnny, My personal lawyer is a graduate of Harvard Law who
specializes in commercial and international law. One of his
specialities is protecting and challenging copywrites around the world.
I really don't want to be hung up in court over a single post, but
remember the loser pays all court costs and my lawyer bills at $1000
per hr. Its it your risk not mine, He is on perminate retainer and I
only pay filling fees.

BTW How much is your NoCom@ bike dealership, and tee-shirt business
worth? You got any other property that I might go after?

My ISP has been kinda slow lately, can you have your
legal team threaten to shut them down too?

If it works, I'll send you a coupon for 10% off on
any Little Meow® Pimping products and services.

Ken,

I first met Johnny NoCom when he was riding a V-Rex back when he still
went by the name of Ed Gin. I guess he forgot his humble beginnings
just like he forgot his name. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease.

We deal exclusively through a chain of specialty boutiques located
in redlight districts in many major kets. For childrenswear,
look for the Tiny Meow® line of pimp suits and hoochie dresses.

Ed,

You know it and I know it. You wouldn't be having all this fun if
weren't responded to and that was my point exactly, but I do know how
you hate it so when I do, because I make you out to be the fool that
you are publicly, but it has become so easy that is has become routine
and boring, so maybe you'll get you wish after all. Oh, and I don't
take drugs and don't need them. If I had some I'd gladly give them to
you as you obviously are in need of some. As for that post being
worthless and meaningless, I'll let those who read it and follow the
instructions be the judge. When they do, they will discover that the
feds don't lie ... you do. You have single handily undermined the
stereotypical notion of the honorable oriental. Oh, but wait. That's
right your not Ed Gin ... yeah right!!!

Is this the same legal team that labeled the NoComm the fastest bike in the
universe?

Ken and Ed,

Now here's an interesting twist. The QUINTESSENTIAL TROLL, Ed labels
Ken a troll and then accuses him of posting false and misleading
information on the internet. Can it get any moer laughable than this?
Now, this is what I call lame. Speaking of tradeks ... what we have
here is another prime example of one of Ed's tradeks ... a paltry
attempt to intimidate with unfounded threats from behind the cowardly
mask of a pseudonym. Don't be baffled by Ed's legal-babble bullshit.
Ed doesn't know what he's talking about (not uncommon by the way).
Follow along...

1) Go here (United States Patent and Tradek Office)
2) Click on Search Tradeks
3) Click on New User Form Search (Basic)
3) In Search Term, enter Johnny NoComm
4) Click on Submit Query
5) What do you get?
6) SORRY, NO RESULTS WERE FOUND FOR YOUR QUERY
7) Ed ... caught lying again! Even the feds agree about that

Here's what the United States Patent and Tradek Office has to say
about what Ed's doing:

A) You may use the federal registration symbol "=AE" only after the
USPTO actually registers a k, and not while an application is
pending. Also, you may use the registration symbol with the k only
on or in connection with the goods and/or services listed in the
federal tradek registration.

B) If you performed the search following the steps 1-4 above, you
already know that Johnny NoCom is not a registered tradek.

C) Go back and re-read A. Since the k is not registered, and Johnny
NoCom's goods and/or services are not listed in the federal tradek
registration, guess who could have his proverbial ass (deliberate
choice of a word because Ed is fond of anal references) in COURT? He
could very well be needing that team of fictitious attorneys.

JimmyMac Ruins Catering Truck with Linseed Oil®

I sent my $350.00 fee to the patent office 3 months ago. I will print some
T-shirts with the

Err, the person from Michigan uses "Ken the Troll" as a user name, so
"Johnny NoCom" was in no way being insulting in using the salutation
"Ken the Troll".
