Hi, I remember reading that after cycling, it is good to stretch your muscles. I just cannot remember precisely why, except something about elongating those worked muscles. How true is this? Thanks!! XiaoZhen P/s: I like cycling too.

I've done it, but it doesn't seem to do much for me. And many people do it badly.... They jerk at the muscles, they round or arch the back so contribute to back pain, and they move joints in the wrong planes.
