Subject: The spammers blog got shut down?

Is it really true? I just tried to access the site and got the blogger
page saying that the page is no longer available. So I guess all the
complaints that they received about violations of the TOS finally paid
off. But I still noticed in google groups, a bunch of hatred posts that
seem to be originating from the HRS jerk. But hopefully he will tire and
retire from posting on Usenet. Maybe he will take up riding.

Just so there is no confusion, the posts allegedly coming for
jimmymac_4@yahoo.com are not coming from me. They are coming from
someone using my email ddress as their Google nickname. If you click
on read more > show options > Show original and compare the header
information to mine you will find it to be quite differnet. First note
the differnece of the from email address. Mine is the real
jimmymac_4@yahoo.com. Next note then NNTP-Postining-Host address which
reveals the following:

Now who do you think lives in Chicago, has a DSL account with SBC and
has a Macintosh PC? You guessed it ... E D G I N !!! I have to tell
you that my patience is wearing thin with this sick individual. I am
not a pervert, child molestor, nor would I know Brian Balls wife,
Stacie if I passed her on the street. If this crap continues, I will
have to decide whether to see to it that his ISP pulls his account or
haul Ed Gin's sorry ass into court for defamation of character, but
this has got to stop. Anyone esle who is fed up with this crap, should
provide copies of header information to the SBC abuse department. They
will be able to go through their server logs to identify the culprit.
Even Tom Sherman will have to accept that as definitive proof that his
good buddy has been the one responsible all along.
Now that the HRS blog has been yanked, it is time to focus on the
culprit and have his ISP pull his internet account as well. Enough is
enough, already.

Jim, why not take this rascal to court? The information is all there on
Google to make your case air tight. Ed Gin is obviously nothing but a
stalker. I simply cannot imagine a judge or jury not finding in your favor.
A substantial fine or some time in jail would serve him right and vindicate
you. You need to see a lawyer about this. Think about it.

I'm still trying to figure out which bent he had the problem with and what

I usually concentrate on telling people what my beef is. The pictures were

Yes...his blog was shut down by blogspot over the weekend.
He continues to post, but I suspect it's because he's upset with the blog
shutdown (and, very immature, but that's been obvious for quite a while
now).

AYE! I don't care about his blog, but the constant posting of the links
to his blog are what bothered me. I just filter all his email address
and some keywords, but he changes emails as often as I change my shorts.
That makes filtering difficult.

It's quite simple to build up a list of subject words for a Usenet
filter. Since he keeps changing e-mail addresses, filtering those only
works for a day or so, but I add them anyway, in case he recycles them.
I'm seeing almost none of his posts anymore, and when I check my filter
log, I see that they've been deleted.
