ARBR is now quite dead for all practical purposes. There is one way to revive it but it will then no longer be about recumbents. As all of you know I am one of this world's most contentious bastards and I have earned many enemies on all of the other cycling newsgroups. I could easily involve ARBR via my posts with these other newsgroups. We would then have hundreds of posts coming to ARBR every day, but none them would be about recumbents. Many would most likely be about me. It is one way to enliven ARBR. But I am very hesitant to do this. Maybe it is not such bad thing to have a dead group for awhile. What do the rest of you think? Should I inflate ARBR or not? I will admit I do not like it much when others do this sort of thing, but we all have a blind spot when it comes to ourselves. Would you rather have a quiet ARBR with not much posting or do you want lots of hellfire? Ed, This newsgroup has had preciously little to do about recumbents for a long time and you are part and parcel of the problem in that regard, but the scripted spamming automoton troll from the public library (Palatine this time) have ensured that this newsgroup is about anything but recumbents. I personally don't much care what you or the spamming troll does. No one is paying much attention to either of you. Jim McNaa P.S. Don't like the top post? Just deal with it.. Yes, this group is now pretty much dead and I have decided to let it rest in peace. The group never was any good and you sure never did anything to help it along, unless you consider your personal feuds were ever a good thing for the group.
