So...

Anyone ever try attaching one of those 10,000,000 candlelight
rechargeable spotlights to their handlebars for short night trips? In
addition to being bigger than most fairings, they would probably rattle
apart, but I bet they light up the rode. I thought of attaching one to
my seat, hanging out the left side, with a ine strobe on the back.
They're only what, like 5 lbs. ? :)

Nashbar has a 3 led light for $20 as well. I just thought it would be
funky to have one of those massive rechargeable spotlights hanging off
the bent at night.

I have a Cateye Opticube HL-300

really bright US$35.00 4 AA 100+ hours. My first set of batteries
leaked out after about 60 hours, still on second set of batteries.
Also get two tail lights (because you can't tell if the batteries have
died until you get off).
