...I've been riding my fixed gear too much. I found this guy clinging
to the front pivot of my chainstay when I pulled my 5 Spot out for
maintenance in prep for the Sierras next weekend:

I was just about to take it for a test ride when I noticed her. She is
now a black blob on the bottom of my sandals.

As my sandaled foot was coming down to squish her ass into oblivion she
squeaked to me that her one regret in life was that she was never in the
position to bite that Bellsouth Ijit in the ass.

MURDERER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(I must kill 10 bugs a day around here. Some nasty spiders lately, too.)
I /did/ spare a beautiful green beetle after my yoga class yesterday. He
either was on my stuff (watch, shades, flops, etc.) all along or just jumped
aboard right before I picked 'em up. Buzzed like a rattler, too!
