I used Schraner's method from his book. I found I had trouble lacing the second side, though. I had to bend spokes and had to be very careful to avoid scratching the rim. First cross is with the neighboring spoke, second goes under the one it's crossing, then to the spoke-hole. So instead of over-over-under, it's just over-under. Pizza cake.
