SHIMANO PD-5600 (105) and PD-R540....what's the difference ?

I read somewhere that the R540 have a different/cheaper bearing design.

Ok. I was thinking that maybe the bearing setup was upgraded in th
5600. The shimano site really gives nothing away though, so I wa
really hoping they weren't charging more just for the 105 paintjob.
