Subject: Shimano RD-M330 capacity
Hi all,
I have a Shimano RD-M330 rear derailler on my bike (old Alivio model).
Will it handle a 34t cog?

Thanks,
Federico

So far this is the only thing I could find on it with full specs-
http://www.niko-bikes.com/pdf/shimano/SI_EN/R610C_EN.PDF

It's for the seven speed and lists total capacity as 39T, largest
sprocket as 30T and smallest sprocket as 11T. Front chainwheel tooth
difference is 20T.

Checking the bikes listed as using this deraileur, none have anything
bigger than 30T as the largest sprocket (that includes 8 speed bikes).

RD-M330 is an Acera, not Alivio, but yes, 34T should work fine.
