If both in there, you can try drilling holes into the cup/bb and make a pin tool type gadget and rotate the cups out but gonna be tough.

Dril two 5-6mm holes opposite each other and use a large adjustable pinwrench. This you can improvise from flatstock: take a 40cm and a 10-20cm lenght of 5x 25. Drill two 5mm holes at the end near the edge. Drill a pivot hole in both pieces so the assembly resembles a large letter Lambda. Use a piece of pipe on your handle is it is not long enough ;) -- /Marten info(apestaartje)m-gineering(punt)nl

If I muck up the frame I'll just take some sandpaper to it.

I'd probably try to back it out with a hammer and a punch and ruin the frame.

On the drive side try using a dremal tool or hack saw to create flats that you can use an old style BB wrench or large adjustable wrench with. Even the old hook style BB wrench with a notch cut into the lip of the cup might be enough so you can remove. Once the drive side is out, the other side should come out relatively easily assuming you have some friction with the bb tool. Next time use the crank arm bolt to hold the tool tight against the cup splines.
