I have a saddle on my tourer which I like very much, but being a Brooks, it is evolving away from my butt-shape. Can anyone give advice or links, other than the google stuff? I really want to salvage this. BT

I really want to salvage this. Some riders lace the bottom to give a bit more life to a swayback Brooks. Another view is that, like leather shoes, they eventually just wear out. A new one offers a higher firmer position and the opportunity to get a 'do over' without so much moisture next time. -- Andrew Muzi www.yellowjersey.org Open every day since 1 April, 1971

Lacing's also an option, it's easiest to make holes with a drill and a small bit.
